一、教学目标:

1. 知识目标:学生能听、说并认读本单元的新单词并掌握本单元的句型:How many/much do you want?

2. 技能目标学生能熟练运用本单元新单词并能在特定的语境中用How many…/How much…句型描述事物。

3. 情感目标:通过活跃的课堂学习,激发学生的兴趣,树立学习英语的信心,同时培养学生良好的购物习惯。

三、教学难点:how many 和how much 的区别和用法

四、教学方法:直观教学法

五、教学手段:多媒体、食物实物、卡片等

六、教学设计:

Step1:Greetings

T:Hello,boys and girls.How are you?

Step2:Lead in:T:I do ,you guess(mime:watchTV,play basketball,swimming go shopping)

T:I Want to go shopping ,I need to make a shopping list(need ,shopping list)

Step3:Presentation:

1.T:(show a picture of cheese)What’s this?(cheese)
2.T:Do you like cheese? I like cheese,so let’s buy one kilo of cheese(kilo)
3.T:(show more food about food e.g hot dogs,cake,bananas)What are they?(food)
4.Game:1).Which word is missing?
2).Low voice,loud voice.

5.T:(put some objectsof food on the table)How many apples? Ss:Two.

How much juice? Ss:Two bottles.(how many and how much)

6.猴子摘桃:(the difference between“how many”and ”how much”)(树上有很多标有不同食物的桃子,猴子把桃子放进相对应的篮子)

Step 5: Practice(教师把食物的实物放在桌上,创设一个购物的情境,引导学生用How many…和How much…进行对话)如:

1.S1:How many …do you want?
S2:Six,please.

1.S1:How much …do you want?
S2:Half a kilo.

Step 6: Extention(教师创设一个购物的情境,并给出一些关键句型,引导学生自编一个购物的小对话 )如:

A:Can I help you?

B:Yes, please.Iwant to buy some dresses for my daughters.

A:How many do you want?

B:Four.

A:What colour do you like?

B:I like pink.

A:What about these ones?

B:They look nice,I’ll take them,how much are they?

A:Two hundred dallors.

B:Here you are.Thank you.

A:You are welcome.

Step7:Exercise:
