一、教材分析
1、教学内容：
本单元的教学内容与学生日常生活联系密切，教师在教学中注意结合实际，鼓励学生每天做适量的家务劳动，并学习用英文表述。
本课的主要句型是：What can you do?I can……
本课的动词词组中有些单词在四年级课本中已经出现过，如：sweep the floor、clean the bedroom、water the flowers等。
因此，教师在教学中应注意以旧引新，这样既能相应地降低教学难度，也能带领学生温故而知新。
2、教学目标：
（1）能够听、说、认读动词词组empty the trash和句子“I’m helpful.I can sweep the floor.”

（2）能够听、说、读、写以下动词词组：sweep the floor，clean the bedroom，cook the meals, water the flowers。
（3）能够听懂，说唱Let’s chant部分的歌谣，初步熟悉句型：What can you do? I can……
3、教学重难点：
（1）本课时的教学重点是有关家务劳动的五个动词词组。
（2）本课时地教学难点是正确书写，四个动词词组以及运用句型“I can……”进行表述。
二、教学流程
1、热身
活动方式：师生同唱，全班活动，师生共同做动作说唱Let’s do.

Open the door .

Turn on the light.

Sweep the floor.

Clean the window.

Put up the picture.

Clean the board.

（设计意图，通过复习学过的单词，为新学单词作准备，同时活跃课堂气氛，消除上课时的紧张情绪，带动学生的学习热情。）
2、新课呈现
①出示单词卡片，教授sweep the floor、clean the bedroom.

②利用实物教授water the flowers。
③利用课件教授cook the meals 、empty the trash。
3、趣味操练
（1）跟录音，读短语，同时做出相对应的动作。
（2）Let’s play.

教师出示卡片，台下学生说出相对应的动词词组，上台的学生根据台下学生说出的动词词组，做出相对应的表演，并做奖励。
4、巩固
Let’s chant.

教师播放Let’s chant的歌谣录音，学生边做动作边跟着说唱。

教学反思：
